Suggestions for improvement
- All of your employees despise you, they just don't have the guts to tell you until a better opportunity comes along. There are people who live in fear and depression at the work place because of the way you disrespect everyone. Try caring about your employees and the individual departments and maybe you will receive some respect back. Almost everyone I know that was working with me is now gone. No surprise.
- I am not just a disgruntled employee. I am trying to save future employees from being taken advantage of and disrespected. After your first interview, go with your gut feeling, which I promise will be negative.
