What I dislike

The atmosphere could improve with a more transparent administration

Suggestions for improvement

Again, the major improvement that could be made if there was the will is to have a more transparent administration.

The faculty and staff that work at this school are committed to provide the best educational experience possible for its students

Work-Life Balance

Most of the time the work-life balance is only a problem due to the individual employee and not due to the school

Challenging Work

There is never a shortage of challenging work to tackle

There is a transparency problem with the management of this school

What I like

I have had the ability to work with many colleagues who are professional and helpful as well as to work for students who have a strong desire to improve their education.

What I dislike

The law school does have a problem with management, in that there is often a disconnect between the priorities of management and the priorities that staff have in fulfilling their roles for the school.

Suggestions for improvement

I believe that the law school would benefit from returning to a more regular schedule of cost of living increases to the employees' salaries.
