Horrible culture. Leadership have no idea how to lead people.
Support from management
Everyone is in it for themselves. Pure job grind to make a living and no real passion here other than the owner. The owner is a good person who is passionate about his work. However, he needs to hire the right people and let the right people run the business.
Freedom to work independently
Terrible communications especially the executive director of QA. Literally say yes to everything in front of other departments and cannot hold his ground to do the right thing.
Overall compensation for your work
Terrible pay. Way below market value. They also expect you to work over
Management expects you to work more than 40 hours a week while they themselves slack off and make excuses to not do anything and leave early.
Suggestions for improvement
- Leadership overhaul.
What I like about the company
Plenty of learning opportunities. If you apply yourself and self learn, this is a great company as a stepping stone for your career. Stick it out for a year or teo learn as much as possible and move on.
