Lots of internal politics that impact the culture. It's hard to trust one another. Also there is a culture of fear about making mistakes, trying new things, making bold decisions - the organization promotes itself as innovative but in practice is really terrified of putting itself out there.
Support from Management
The executive leadership are too involved in the minutia of every day work. Lots of micromanagement from upper leadership - which can be suffocating.
