Employees don't like

The company provides very little relevant training and staff are promoted based on a seat needs to be filled rather than qualifications. Leaders are dishonest and immature.
The pay for people wo have worked here a long time vs those who are new hires.
I have no regrets of my work because they show me how to do things

Administration wouldn't take neglect seriously. Always would have a excuse n never fix the actual problem

Daycare and vacation pay is needed
I wish they would be pickier about who the hire to work with the more behavioral clientele
Culture needs to be more open and the environment needs to be more friendly and accepting
