Suggestions for improvement
- Tell people when they are hired that they aren't going to get 40 hrs per week. New associates need better training and training hours should not count against store hours. Close Sundays, allow people time with their families.
What I dislike about the company
Full time is 30hrs every 6 weeks. One week you may have 30 hrs, the next 25. One night you will close at 9pm and have to be back at 9am the next day. You work all holidays but 2 per year.
