Suggestions for improvement
- It is very difficult to get this company to change at any level unless they are forced to by way of a federal regulator. They are not leaders in the industry but instead followers.

What I dislike about the company
Terrible culture, not progressive In terms of salaries, stock options/bonuses, flex time and promoting a team culture. Top down management, very slow to change. Select few get main perks. Outdated systems and people put in Management positions that do not have the background or people skills to motivate.. Manage by intimidation. Poor planning, always reacting versus being proactive. Not enough time in the day to do things correctly.
