Again, praise from management seemed "static" and not entirely genuine.
Support from Management
Management cared little about who was doing something, unless it went wrong.
Not very much support from management to try to advance.
Teamwork within my job was key. Sometimes not all participants took that ideal though.
Level of Autonomy
In my position, working independently was a large part of the job.
I was proficient enough not to be micromanaged.
