They don't do annual reviews and pay increase is very seldom.

Would defer questions for later discussion.
Everyone would work together up to a point.
Freedom to work independently
No, manager would not deal with the employees that did not pull there weight, so others had to step up and finish what they didn't complete.
They have 1 meeting a year to let us know how we are doing as a group.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Majority are young, but do hire some senior workers
I was told I would be taught in several different areas, but it never happened even when I called them on it.
Overall compensation for your work
competitive salary when you start, but over time you aren't since they rarely give raises.
Office / Work Environment
For the most part working conditions are good unless you are next to the kitchen. Ventilation is okay, some area's are cold and some are hot.
Fair depending on what department you work in.
The good ones leave because they know there is something better.
I was always proud of my work, but rarely was ever noticed by my superior.
Suggestions for improvement
- Several have given comments on how to improve morale, but they never implemented them.
What I like about the company
Over all it was a nice environment to work if you could over look the dislikes.
What I dislike about the company
With the nepotism, lack of communication and not being heard or shown appreciation you felt isolated.
