Confusing. As an employee, solely my opinion, I will do my best to protect the company's intetests
and assets. Customers are our number one priority, however, it seems, one customers relay information that we will refund anything, most customers' requests for refunds are very unreasonable. The majority of the managers do not support the employees when the employees enforce return policies. Rather, the majority of the managers go opposite what the employee has told the customer. It's very discouraging and lowers employee morale.
My direct supervisor sets unrealistic goals to meet on a weekly schedule. It is unreasonable because there is not much customer traffic.
