Suggestions for improvement
- Take a really hard look into who you hire. Give random drug tests and then you wouldn't have upper management who smokes pot and allows residents to not pay. Also make sure that the people working for you are really working by checking internet history. Your wasting money on rental discounts to those who do not deserve it.
I like about the employer
After taking a step back from the company the only thing positive was the introduction to the industry.
