Suggestions for improvement
- Revamp entire HR dept from VP's down. Train HR dept on compassion and customer service. Develop a plan as a company as to how long they plan to keep contracts - if not profitable, don't punish employee's for a corporate decision.
I like about the employer
There was some flexibility but not much.
I dislike about the employer
HR Dept lacks tack and compassion. Every phone call and email is responded to "we are currently busy..." Too busy to deal with employee issues. Inconsistent when working same issues with other employees. More concerned about keeping contracts than supporting staff - even when the contract is a "break even" contract.
