Support from Management
Decisions are sometimes made without looking at the whole picture, causing larger issues than what originally was trying to be resolved.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to consider employees lives before making rash decisions and figure out a way to levitate the overtime. Also, communication is very poor causing many issues on a day to day basis. There needs to be more communication between management and employees, as well as between shifts.
