Employees are recognized for added effort and treated fairly. Much responsibility is pushed on the engineer group.
Support from management
Senior Management is good but floor management is weak and group leaders are in over their heads.
Interdepartment communication is nonexistent. There is no GM or Operations Manager to bring it together. Employees work well together as a whole.
Not much is conveyed to employees freely.
Many women are employed on the floor and in the office with no regard to gender.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Many employees are over 45 and several have been there over 15 years.
With the right mentors you can learn a lot. I suggest working closely with the engineers. They like to teach and develop.
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits are not bad and the quarterly bonuses are pretty good. Pay is competitive.
Office / Work Environment
Magnus is one of the nicest shops you will work in. Clean, air conditioning and good equipment.
They always say family first, and it is mostly true. 4 day work weeks are nice.
It is 50/50. Some speak well, some complain. Just like anywhere.
If you show up on time and do your job you will do well. I have no complaints with stability.
Somewhat. Would be difficult for an employee in a wheelchair to get in the building but after that it is good.
Safety training is good and the cleanliness makes issues easy to see.
