A couple of managers are great about commending and giving their employees constructive feedback. Most are not.
Support from Management
Irrational decisions made while yelling and complaining about people, decisions and performance. Very irrational management.
Employees can't work together. They always have to be watching their back. Very untrustworthy environment.
Level of Autonomy
If you are a hard worker, be expected to work even harder and have things dumped on you. Then be prepared to get yelled at when you can't meet the unrealistic expectations.
