Sadly there is no leadership. The entire service dept is managed by a spreadsheet that does not resemble what they COULD make, employees and owners alike, if there was effective leadership.
Flat rate mechanics does not have to be competitive. Everyone would make good money and turn out higher quality work with a management structure that knew how to play people to their strengths.
