The management usually micromanaged making it hard to do your job.

Suggestions for improvement

Someone with a management degree needs to be director of a department. You can't just pick someone and expect them to be able to run a department.

Company Culture

The company is not patient focused, but physician focused.

Support from management

Management sets expectations, such as signing a Commitment to Co-workers, but do not follow thru with the disciplinary if it is not followed.

Attitude towards older colleagues

Management tends to "weed out" the older employees for younger ones that can be paid less.

Workplace Safety

Very angry patient's who threatened staff. No armed security on staff.

Job Security

Every day someone was being let go. You never knew if you would have a position from one day to the next.
