At the present time...nothing.
They only give lip service to their "supposed" mission and cultural hallmarks. The executive committee members do not really care about any of that. They care about cutting SG&A (read...people) to make the St. Louis based operations look more attractive to potential buyers. Their true mission is to get out of St. Louis and generics and get to the East coast and be exclusively specialty and biopharmaceuticals as fast as they can. And forget about retaining any of the exceptional "Midwest" talent they currently have because they believe the only real talent is on the East coast.
