Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management should reference management more closely upon hire to confirm their past management experience is true and should hold that individual responsible for any failures within the office. Upper management should investigate before they go right to the direct manager of the issues discussed by staff members
What I like about the company
Work schedule as initially discussed. PTO very generous.
What I dislike about the company
Unable to address concerns to upper management for fear of retaliation from direct management. Direct management does not hold all employees accountable to the same standards, favoritism. Direct manager very verbally explosive and confrontational when anything negative had been said or interpreted.
