Suggestions for improvement
- Respect and value employees - their expertise, their contributions, etc. Pay employees a fair wage. Implement healthier ways to handle conflict and to address issues. More transparency and accountability from leadership. Less favoritism and unethical decision making.
What I like about the company
The location is convenient, the paid time off benefits are good (except that with the demanding schedule and expectations, it's difficult to even use the paid time off), and I for the most part enjoy my coworkers.
