Suggestions for improvement
- Change the pay scheme to come from the company coffers rather than each property. Respond more proactively when staff raise concerns to management about improper behavior.
What I like about the company
Management is attentive and actively involved in helping employees grow within the company. It is clear that there is a lot of care in the company.
What I dislike about the company
Budgets vary based and property and so does compensation, often resulting in the tougher properties to manage getting the most underpaid staff. Likewise, shortchanging staff and settling for lackluster to outright fraudulent behavior on the part of staff is overlooked to make budget, even over other staff members’ objections.
