Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to employees & senior management must learn to accept feedback & criticism - they are not perfect and must learn to receive bad news when it should be dealt with. Current environment tends to penalize people that raise difficult issues that need to be dealt with.
- Need some turnover at board level. Delegate decision making - the board seems to think they still need to control all decisions, which was more sensible when the company was MUCH smaller.

Quite a few talented people, mostly below senior management level make it an interesting place to work
