Suggestions for improvement
- Get the owner out of day to day management, especially of staff. She has zero people skills and should not be managing (micro- micro- micro-managing) staff.

The owner: a micromanager to the nth degree. Negative stressful work environment. No win situations. Lack of respect. Constantly changing rules, procedures and expectations. Hasty misjudging of staff. Traps and ambushes. Humiliation of employees in front of customers. Rudeness of owner to staff and customers. Most days are high stress. Most staff hate going to work.
