Condeming but not commending was from corperate on down . There was no fairness or trust .

My supervisor played favorites and blame for problems always fell on the people who made the least money per hr.
All the people below the supervisor worked ok together despite the awful leadership .
Level of Autonomy
The work load was lite at the top and heavy at the bottom of the people according to the wage earnings . No say what so ever .
