Certain if not all supervisors have a favorites so, there was never any trust in certain supervisors
Support from management
From my personal experience with my supervisor...he is biased towards woman.
Majority of fellow employees worked together as a team
Freedom to work independently
Most times work would be left over for next shift because they didn't feel like finishing it or had to much going on in the room
This place is NEVER consistent with their work rules or with the handbook. They do and say whatever they want and certain rules apply to certain people.
woman certainly have opportunities as well as men do.
Attitude towards older colleagues
they hire seniors
Overall compensation for your work
raises depend on your performance for the year and as long as you don't take to many sick days
Office / Work Environment
this is a climate control
They don't consider a dr.'s note for any type of excuse. Sick days are an 'IF-Y' thing...depends on who your supervisor is. Supervisors pay favoritism to certain people.
to work for this company is wonderful....its just the group of supervisors and people up the ladder that say one thing and do another...NO CONSISTENCY
As long as you go to work and do your job and don't say anything you'll have a job...don't rock the boat..
I truly enjoyed going to work because I liked the people I worked with and I loved the job I did.
Suggestions for improvement
- treat every employee the same. No special treatment...don't fire people for having an opinion or a comment/suggestion
What I like about the company
I like this job because of the people I worked with. It was a laid back environment but yet stayed busy. the pay was pretty good.
What I dislike about the company
NO CONSISTENCY...handbook doesn't work for employees ...it says one thing and company does another...revised sick time isn't in the handbook. Handbook is certainly a grey area when it comes to certain supervisors
