There isn't any fairness or trust. The CEO is a complete liar, to clients as well as employees.
Support from management
They would make you feel good in front of your face but the moment you aren't there they talk bad about you to everyone who will listen.
There isn't any team work, no one really knows what they are doing so if you have half of a brain you will be doing everything on your own.
Freedom to work independently
Disorganized, whoever is the smartest gets all the work
They only hire women, they need to feel a sense of control and then can only do that with the type of women they hire
Overall compensation for your work
Start with$8-$9 per hour depending on how they are feeling, 2-4 weeks training with $100 compensation when they feel it is appropriate.
Your family isn't taken into consideration, your health isn't taken into consideration. Insensitive.
No one who works there is happy to be there.

What I like about the company
This place provides great experience for those who are just getting out of school.
What I dislike about the company
They do not pay you what you what you are worth, they lie to clients but setting unrealistic goal putting a ton of pressure on the employees and make them feel as if they're incompetent. There aren't any benefits, when there was I had to chose between health insurance or my raise. The work changes constantly, nothing is ever completed. Very shady practices with very shady people.
