The high turnover, unreasonable billable hour expectation, and low salaries has created a negative company culture.
Support from Management
I would give zero stars if possible. There is a complete lack of leadership within the firm.
Level of Autonomy
The attorneys are required to do everything, including work that should be done by paralegals, secretaries, IT, HR, and file clerks.
There is no explanation behind policies, salaries, rules, etc.
