The high turnover, unreasonable billable hour expectation, and low salaries has created a negative company culture.
Support from management
I would give zero stars if possible. There is a complete lack of leadership within the firm.
Freedom to work independently
The attorneys are required to do everything, including work that should be done by paralegals, secretaries, IT, HR, and file clerks.
There is no explanation behind policies, salaries, rules, etc.
I think the firm was ranked as one of the worst for women partners
Office / Work Environment
The technology is very outdated making it very difficult to do even the simplest task.
No social awareness
The firm turnover rate is a result of the horrible work-life balance.
Most attorneys do not like working at the firm.

- Listen to the attorneys complaints.

The other attorneys at the firm are friendly and smart.
