They tend to pay far less than you are worth
Suggestions for improvement
- Recognize employees for exceptional work, get rid of the quota system for performance reviews. If I have several employees who are exceptional performers, let me rate them as such, not have to rate one as exceptional and the others as excellent. It is not fair to the employee.
