Suggestions for improvement
- Too strict - monitor emails, phones etc. Salaries should be reflected on how long you have been with the company.
There are definitely opportunities for men and women in management, but favoritism still exists when it comes to upward mobility.
Mapfre is a stepping stone to prepare young, college educated professionals for jobs in other companies. Older more experienced workers are just viewed as worker bees, no matter how hard you work, recognition is seldom realized.
