Suggestions for improvement
- When turnover is at record rates in production employees on a specific line or area...maybe consider the possibility that management of said line lead to some of the issues. Regular employees have a ton of ideas to help but management doesnt want to hear it.
I like about the employer
Regular raises, meals provided when safety goals are hit
I dislike about the employer
Managers are poorly trained and rude. Turnover is higher than anywhere else ive been. 6 day work weeks arent considered mandatory because you can "get another employee to cover your saturday"... But only a handful of employees want to work a double on saturdays so most everyone i associated with had no choice but to work 6 days a week on third shift or face discipline by our points system. HR person is rude and not as in touch with employees as they portray. Sanitation crew spends majority of the day on break or sitting around doing nothing... I can verify this now that i work in a restaraunt and see them coming in waiting for food for far longer than the time alotted for their breaks. Incredibly negative environment.
