The overall company is decent. The morale is good in some departments.
Support from management
There was little to no support from management. Management lacked the experience and knowledge to do the job and was not qualified.
There is no team work. Everyone is on their own.
Freedom to work independently
There was no independent thinking capability everything was micro-managed.
Communication is poor. The department is unorganized and lacks direction.
There is a lack of gender equality. Men get treated better than women.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There is no career development or plans in place to promote people. Employees are stagnant in their careers.
Overall compensation for your work
I was poorly compensated for the work I did and accomplished and treated unfairly.
Office / Work Environment
Lousy work environment within HR. Employees are underpaid and overworked. There is no room for growth. Bad morale within this team.
The overall friendliness is poor. Not a positive working place.

For the most part, the safety is fine.
The work is so much and not distributed fairly. They have 1 person doing the job of 3-4 people.

The company is somewhat diverse. They have many cultures within the company.
Suggestions for improvement
- Bad leadership. Team work is not promoted in HR. Poor direction, no career growth. The company hires people who are not qualified for their position. They do not treat people fairly or care about productivity. Poor team morale.
What I like about the company
I liked the business groups I supported. The morale is good within the other departments. The company benefits are good for employees.
What I dislike about the company
HR Leadership was very poor. Unprofessional team that lacks direction. Poor structure and organization.
