Just terrible, no other words needed.
Support from management
There is no support to staff outside of upper management.
Unless staff like you and you are higher management, teamwork isn't even thought about with you.
Freedom to work independently
You most definitely will work alone most of the time in the houses, and that can be up anywhere between 4 individuals or even 8 individuals. Oh, and if anything happens, hope you don't like having a job anymore. Constant breathing down your neck when you make even the tiniest mistake, and made to feel like a terrible employee.
Communication? There is none here.
You have no life unless you're a sub, which even then your phone is constantly being blown up, or unless you're upper management.
Suggestions for improvement
- First, three words..... APPRECIATE YOUR STAFF. Next, five words..... TAKE CARE OF THE INDIVIDUALS. Lastly, its common sense..... treat the agency and the people working and being supported, the way you make the world think you do. You wouldn't have such a staffing crisis, if you would just use your common sense. The individuals wouldn't be falling apart so much, if they were actually considered in the choices made.
