- Hire more professonal front desk managers who are willing to lead and motivate others instead of screaming and yelling FD agents in front of the guests.
I like about the employer
the lobby smells nice
I dislike about the employer
1)Lazy front desk managers who over use their power to belittle FD Agents. 2) too much gossip among the departments 3) extremely low retention rate due to bad management; a couple of the former employees left because they can't deal with the chinese FD manager.
