Support from management
There was one copy machine for the entire school... and management refused to buy any more, even though over 60 teachers had to make copies almost every day. there was no mentors to go to, and no supervisor. The principal promised lots of help and training and never followed through.. Discipline was non existent, one boy broke my rib and was not even verbally reprimanded for this. This is a horribly managed school. Another teacher cried every day on her way to work.. It was the work working experience I have ever had.
Suggestions for improvement
- Establish disciplinary actions and consequences for bad behavior. Put a training package together and help teachers with the reports they need to file. Get copy machines and get supplies for teachers.
