Suggestions for improvement
- Change to raise-system that is at least partially based on merit to encourage top performance. Give pay incentives for trainers. Put needed policies and procedures in place. Improve customer service for managers and dispatchers.
What I like about the company
I had one good manager but she left for a better, higher paying job. I am paid fairly well for the work I do. We get training stipends.
What I dislike about the company
My job is under appreciated. Raises are small and not merit-based. We rarely see cost of living increases. Many coworkers do a poor job and management does not correct bad behavior.
