Suggestions for improvement
- It would have a higher retention rate if they would take care of their employees first. A lot of people have been quitting because of lack of raises and an uprising in investigations.
What I like about the company
Most of the supervisors I've worked under have been amazing. I have the worst immune system in the world and whenever I can't come in, they understand. They also understand that people go through personal issues and when someone can't separate it from work, they talk to the employees.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of pay raises or scale of different pay.
