3 mgrs. in 3 years, one just left and moved off before anyone knew there was any problem. 3rd mgr condescending and unappreciative poor support. parts not ordered. residents mad. most residents (except HUD) don't stay more than their lease, some even break lease to bail out.
I was so stressed about the work load that I wasn't given time for the required computer training, then was given "needs improvement" status and passed over for Merit raises 3 times, even put on probation because my work performance was rated as low. Even as I was getting 5 CSAT ratings from residents for their appreciation I was at risk of losing my job because I hadn't done the training on the computer.
