It's a culture of fear. Turnover is rampant. Employees are referred to as f-ing morons. Few people can be trusted because people will throw you under the bus in an attempt to save their own job.
Support from Management
Upper management does all of the decision-making. It's very much run in a top-down manner. If upper management finds any fault in your work or if they're simply having a bad day you're likely to be sworn at, yelled at, belittled, and humiliated while your coworkers are present. I've never seen people treated like this until I worked here.
