Commending is something upper management needs to work on. Fainess no, trust no.
As an employee you are not involved in any decision making process and given what the lead supervisor gives you on a raise.
Employees are not suppose to talk while on the phone.
The work load depends on how many companies are doing surveys. You have no control over which ones you work on.
