I like about the employer
Before starting my family I enjoyed my job at MBD. My role and the people that I worked with were highly enjoyable.
I dislike about the employer
After having my first child I was treated as an undesirable employee. My boss went out of his way to openly harass "breeders" within the company and personally attacked me on non-work related subjects daily. During my second pregnancy I was denied a raise due to the fact that I was pregnant. Upon returning from my second maternity leave I was told that my job had been changed and my old job had been given to someone else.
