When I was there, no it did not provide support of its employees. Being paid according to on boarding communication and unknown changes were common.
Suggestions for improvement
- At the end of the day doing surveys are required. All information has a deadline. Pay Reps in timely fashion. Offer incentives. Help out with the gas and wear and tear on vehicles. Often relationships are formed with other Reps, we/they help each other out to complete performance production for whoever the product is. Consider all things of the #BigPicture. What would motivate you to do a great job for a company. Even if it is short term or a project; performance well done would advocate for more of the same ... Next time. You can rely on them when they recommend someone. This is golden because you don't waste time. Time is money.
