Managers have no real say on what can or can not be done. All decisions are from owner.
Employees know more about what can or can not work, "just do it is there moto" Strong lack of communication. Owners dont invest in moving the company forward. equipment, people, so forth.
this company will do anything to keep the company afloat and has by cutting pay and benefits of there employees.
Often placing people in managerial positions for lack of funds to hire real management. Then not paying them for doing it.
Suggestions for improvement
- Invest in your company! materials , equipment, and most important your employees! Stop doing R&D on the fly.Stick to what we do best and what makes money.
