Support from management
Leadership is lacking, which is leading to poor moral.
No time for development. They expect you to come in do your job and be quiet.
Extremely long hours with little to no recognition for work accomplished.
The image is far from what the company proclaims it to be.
Suggestions for improvement
- The only way to resolve the issues is new management from Mid management down.
Good ol boy mentalities.
