Support from Management
Half the project managers aren't qualified for their position provide very little support to Marposs employees. In fact the are more like secretary's for the sales team.
Suggestions for improvement
- A fare compensation plan for all employees not just a select few. I remember in 2008 when there was a down turn in the company and a lot of people got laid off. Upper Management Got New Company Cars. And all got there bonus. One manager started an addition on his home.
