Marriott used to promote and instill their culture but that has been a thing of the past.
Support from Management
General Manager and Executive Team has not made any impact or improvements. They have no idea on how employees feel. They have a "Boys Club" that do nothing but get paid big salaries.
Them against them attitude.
Level of Autonomy
Managers making a better salary do less than those in the same position.
