Suggestions for improvement
- Raise investment shares and reduce commission rate
It's every man for themselves. Will get thrown under the bus quick to make sure they're in the clear.
Women are not treated equally. Seem like men are picked for certain jobs within the plant before women.
Still need more work preventing accidents.
I don't like that our opinions are not valued. Especially working overnight, the hours and days worked do not give us enough time with our families. It was so much better when we worked Sunday-Thursday vs Monday-Friday.
I think in general Mars is a very company to work for and the pay is in the 75%.
They are moving away from small business mentality and a direction of big business, meaning the are starting to increase responsibility without equally compensation. Getting more out of their associates. Stress level have increase over the past 5 years.
