A lot of lip service is paid to the 5 Principles that the company is supposed to be based on. Unfortunately, those in leadership positions fail to set an example. It tends to be a "do as I say, not as I do" mentality. Also, there is a tendency to emphasize and chastise associate's mistakes with far less recognition for successes.

Often supervisors (and their superiors) tend to be far more concerned with directing than with leading their subordinates.
