Overall, outside of this plant it's a good place. There is more emphasis on metrics than people. Culture says one thing but acts a different way.
Support from Management
Management is knowledgeable but prefers numbers over people's lives. Instances of plants preferring to run instead of shutting down for holidays. Expectations are often unrealistic on purpose to eliminate individuals.
Rather selfish individuals instead of often working and collaborating together. Look out for individuals instead of helping teams be successful.
