Suggestions for improvement
- After service contracts are signed, have more weekly communications with the client, rather than only when problems arise.
What I like about the company
In my former position as a consultant, they allowed me to have unfettered communications with the client and make critical decisions without excessive micro managing.
What I dislike about the company
Would not agree to disperse client performance bonuses to consultant assigned to the specific client.
