Suggestions for improvement
- Retain the loyal dedicated employees rather than saving salaries. The company image will be much higher for employees and clients.
I like about the employer
I enjoyed my work, the company benefits, location and my co-workers
I dislike about the employer
The sudden lay off notices given to employees. The lay offs save the company money but the clients are the ones suffering due to the loss of valuable knowledge and the customer service falls. The workloads are distributed to the remaining employees causing great stress and complaints.
