Many of the managers do not contribute to a work climate of fairness and trust.
Support from management
The manager was not a good communicator, did not set realistic goals. Did not involve employees in decision-making process.
The group was always divided because of personality conflicts.
Freedom to work independently
Workloads were not realistic and not fairly distributed.
Meetings were not held on a regular basis. Problems were communicated during review time and raises were low because of it.
