Many of the managers do not contribute to a work climate of fairness and trust.
Support from management
The manager was not a good communicator, did not set realistic goals. Did not involve employees in decision-making process.
The group was always divided because of personality conflicts.
Freedom to work independently
Workloads were not realistic and not fairly distributed.
Meetings were not held on a regular basis. Problems were communicated during review time and raises were low because of it.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There are no senior workers. I believe long-serving colleagues are not being appreciated and supported.
Career development and advancement is available for some. New jobs are not posted internally. Favoritism is practiced.
Office / Work Environment
Some departments had more current computers than others.
Overworked and could not take vacation when putting in for it. Managers out more than staff.
I don't feel many jobs are stable. Restructuring is being done all the time.
I felt a great sense of accomplishment in the work i did.
What I like about the company
The attorneys and staff are very nice to work with.
What I dislike about the company
They have a terrible management team.
