The pay was very good but based factoring the stress level and working conditions it was not good enough.

- better training and communication with employees needs to be part of the routine.
What I like about the company
They offer above average pay, good hours and fair paid time off.
What I dislike about the company
Management is not good. A work load is assigned with little or no training. There is no communication and it is difficult to get help with questions. It was not a good work experience. Employees come and go but they don't seem to wonder why or care why.
